Shipping your package

Your package is typically shipped within two business days after receiving your payment with tracking via UPS, DHL, or Focus. Standard deliveries are made without a signature. If you choose UPS Extra with a required signature, additional costs may apply. Please contact us before selecting this delivery method. Regardless of the chosen shipping method, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment online.

Deliveries within the Netherlands are free of charge. For international deliveries, shipping costs will apply. The shipping costs include the processing, packaging, and postage of your package. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees depend on the total weight of your shipment. We recommend combining your items into one order, as we cannot combine separately placed orders. Shipping fees will be applied to each individual order. Your package is shipped at your own risk; however, we take special care to protect fragile items.
